Payment is monthly or full payment in advance.
The minimum commitment for the packages is 3 months.
Hours and sessions can not be rolled over to the new month if unused.
Our normal turnaround time is:
- 2-3 days for simple tasks (never more than 5 days)
- 5 days for more complex tasks (never more than 10 days)
More complex projects for example memberships, online courses, e-commerce, custom functions, rebranding, and restyling, will require a custom timeline estimation beforehand.
