Care Package

 

is a yearly insurance for the health of your WordPress website, it includes:

  • Regular updates of WordPress core, plugins, and theme.
  • Problem-solving if after the update the website has some issues caused by one of those maintenance interventions or caused by the updates that are included in the package.
  • The updates will be done first in a staging environment. If there are serious issues and there is more work that would need to be done and goes out of scope (which means it takes more than 2 hours on top of the updates) you will know the situation and what it means for you beforehand. However, usually, our calculated time is enough to solve the issues caused by the updates.
  • Website back-up on our Cloud space every week.
  • We will store up to 12 most recent back-ups of your website. This means you will have back-up files that date 3 months back from the current date.
